Uh, it's called VersaMail... no notes or tasks though... you'd have to go bb or 700w/x for that.

From my experience, it works by installing the VZW Wireless Sync app (WS) on both your handset and personal computer. From the handset, when 'push' is enabled the dataset is always current within a few minutes of lag time. In my case, the dataset consists of my Outlook calendar (since I don't run an exchange server) but an option on the WS website is included for Exchange data. I therefore expect that WS does indeed sync exchange calendar data. One caveat is that I never set up WS on my 700p and my experience that calendar sync indeed works is exclusive to my 700wx. I have found that the VZW WS desktop app is actually designed well and runs without issue on my desktop(s) but I am unsure if the desktop WS app is needed if you are synchronizing with an Exchange server. Of course the synchronization occurs bidirectionally and I find its reliability is fine.

Yes, the Verizon Wireless Sync PC monitor product will do just that...you can install it on any PC connected to your corporate network...it simply runs in the background. The workgroup version allows you to add up to 20 different users or you can simply set up the individual version on your own PC
    Check out www.wsync.com
Instructions at the bottom of this page: http://www.wsync.com/wireless_quick_start.aspx
    Yes, It's free...
Verizon Wireless is also running a promotion on the Wireless Sync Enteprise Server (behind the firewall software) buy 10 advanced devices and get the server software for Free (regulary $1999) No additional fees and it will support an unlimited number of VZW devices or you can pay to add other carriers devices

If you have exchange, Versamail will sync all of it without using your work computer. Except tasks.
