    Ok, I F'd up!

I know it. But I can't find my way back and need help.

    Details are: Mac OSX 10.3.9
    Treo 680
    Palm Desktop 4.2.2
    iSync 1.5

I had no issues with my Treo and the Palm desktop. Like a dumbass, I started playing with iSync and iCal to check it out. As it started to sync the address book for the first time with iSync, it stopped and told me 5% of my contacts would be "changed". whatever that means. I stopped it. Did what I thought I needed to do to turn off iSync, and didn't give it another thought.

Well, today I'm syncing with the Palm desktop, and I find that the Treo and the Desktop are not updating the address book or my schedule.

I can find no way to get that action to work again.

    What have I done??

Anybody got a clue how to fix this? I'm not out of back ups, so a new start won't kill me, just **** me off cuz I have too. But I'd rather not cuz I am a lazy _______!!

    thanks in advance!

I should add this from the hot sync log:

Purchase Missing Sync for OS X. It syncs the Palm with direct OS X applications: iCal (and categories), Address book (EVERYTHING), iPhoto, iTunes, Tasks, and Memos. MUCH better then Palm Desktop.

I have Missing Sync, had it to sync my previous Palm devices with Avantgo.
Haven't used it for over a year now.

Been trying to get it to work for a bit, but not having any luck. I'm happy with the Palm Desktop, I'd like to get that working again. As of now, I can get the phone book and date book to sync with NOTHING!! oy.

not sure what to try next.

I wish like hell I hadn't messed with iSync!!

Remember kids, don't fix what ain't broke!! Learn from my mistakes. LOL

Ok, I just dumped the Palm desktop and ALL related files. Re-installed, all is well.
It somehow dropped the datebook and address book conduits when it added the iSync conduit.

After the re-install, they are back.

Again, please, don't fix what ain't broke!!
