    I had to do a hard reset on my 650 and now CityID is asking for a product key. Unfortunately I don't remember it and I don't remember where I bought it. The program does not provide any type of support. Any suggestions on how I can get my key? Thanks!

    Go to www.cequint.com
    let them know what happened they'll get you a new one. Happened to me before.

    Yeah, they're really good about that. Normally same day responses!

    Here's the latest...
    I got tired of waiting to hear from someone so I decided to call them. When I called them I asked for "customer service" and I was told that they don't have a CS dept. To make a long story short, Cequint is no longer selling their product to individuals! They only sell to carriers now. So here I am with a product I bought, and love, that I can't use because I don't have my product key. What a joke!! I can't even re-purchase the product.
