Hi Everyone,

I'm a new Treo user and brand new to this site. I've tried both VersaMail and ChatterMail, and I have a few questions for the Treo experts here.

I get a lot of emails from one particular place that the body of the email is in HTML format.

VersaMail:

Almost all my emails come through truncated, is there a way to get the entire mail to come through without having to load the extra part of it manually?

The display format of the email is inconsistent, is this common?

Is there a way to default set the email to the smaller text so I don't have to do it manually?

ChatterMail:

Again with the truncated emails. Is there a way to load the whole thing automatically?

About half of the emails come through without the HTML text, and when I try to "load more" it says there is nothing there, when I know that there is. Is this a known problem?

Also, is it normal that if i am on the Web Browser or during and email download that I can not receive a call?
