    The survey asked
How much are you willing to pay for this package?
    How much is too much?
What would be a good deal?
    Among other things.

Could we be losing free AvantGo? Or are they just looking at the possibility of paying for enhanced features? (Like 8mb limit as opposed to 2.) I really like AvantGo but I can't see myself paying even a few dollars a month for it. Even with the extra features they listed in the survey.

I took the survey, and I though it was aimed at more of a basic free service (what we have now) and add on services. It was a testing the waters approach I think.

I think it's a 'select group' FSVO 'select group' which equals 'all AvantGo users' or at least 'those that use the service regularly'.

I don't think they'd be getting rid of the free stuff. I think they're just looking for a method of increasing revenue. If you pay them $x per month, then you'll get all this other stuff. The reason I say this is that all of the pay services mentioned bumping the channel limit from 2MB to 8MB.
