    Over the past few days, I have been getting "Account locked" errors when I Hotsync and try to access Avantgo. I looked in their help section, but could not find an explanation/solution. Does anyone know what causes this, and how to stop the error? Thanks!

    Are you sure you're using the proper username and password and can you access your AvantGo account from your desktop? If yes, try sending them an email to see if they can help.

    I am pretty sure that my account is set up correctly because I have not had a problem accessing it via the website, only when hot syncing. I just tried hotsyncing again and had no problems this time - I will take your suggestion and contact Avantgo's support.
