    Every time I hotsync my 755(sprint) prompts me to reset the phone? This just started happening...Any suggestions?

    What is the best way to configure the hotsync conduits??

    Have you configured the Backup conduit as "Desktop overwrites handheld"? If so, change it: it should always be "Handheld overwrites desktop".

    That was it!! Thanks!

    So if i ever need to do a hard reset ect, i should switch to Desktop overwrites handheld for that initial hotsync, correct?

    Under those circumstances, it wouldn't hurt, but it's not necessary. If Hotsync determines that a Palm device has been hard reset and the Backup conduit isn't set to "Do Nothing", it will restore to that device.
