    Has anyone ever gotten error code 409, invalid screen name or password. I have checked both and they are correct. I was getting the User Id and Client ID error but I deleted the application and reinstalled it and now I get this screen name or password error. Can anyone help? Thanks.

    Make sure you've updated the Sprint IM client (try checking in the options that it auto-updates, then restarting the phone and Sprint IM). The auto-update might not work in which case you'd have to download and install the newer version manually.

    And if it still doesn't work...it's a really buggy client lol.

    i have the same problem with the error 409 but i was just wondering where can i get my hands on the link to download a newer and more updated version of Sprint IM client
