    Use MiniTones.

    How are you trying to transfer them to your card? You can just use an sd card reader or a program such as CardReader or Card Export. I use CardReader and it works great. Also, which version of Pocket Tunes are you using? Version 3.1 and above (I believe) allows you to copy your audio files using Windows Media Player.
    Me = Nokia 5170/Palm III > Kyocera 6035 > Treo 600 > Treo 650 > Treo 700p > Treo 755p > Treo Pro > Palm Pre

    Wife = Treo 600 > Treo 650 > Treo 755p > Palm Centro > Palm Pixi

    Instead of using Minitones and the fact that you are using MP3s, I would suggest using a ring-tone management application such as Call Block, RingCare or LightWav. If the file needs to be edited for length, then Audacity. The use of standard ring tones means placing them in the main memory of the device and is really not good memory management.
