    oh yeah... i still hate sprint customer service. i spent over 3hrs ON HOLD trying to get this resolved

    and now i am afraid to check my mailbox to see if sprint decided i was a problem customer...

    only thing that worked was treo support tech to take off and then reinstall my vision service. this took a few times for some reason.

    but, blue arrows all the time and way faster speeds!!!
