I'm stuck in a reset loop (the device can't past the "Access Powered" screen despite soft & warm resets, charging, etc.). Verizon was actually informative, although they didn't figure it out. I'm going to call Palm tomorrow when they open. I seem to recall there are some workaround data recover methods from Palms that worked sort of like you'd recover data from a crashed hard drive. Does anyone know about this? Before I completely trash the data, I want to be sure. And, yes, it's true I haven't done a hotsync recently mainly b/c hotsync was not working right before this loop set in. Before anyone launches into an 'i told you so....' i just had to get that on record... thanks in advance...!
