Does anyone know where it stores the files it creates for the mp3 ringtones? They will not delete when i try using the sounds > manage option and i cannot seem to find them anywhere using Explorer....

Interesting. I have no problem deleting them via the Manage Sound screen.

In any case, each one is stored separately in RAM with the Creator ID, "HsTo"; its name consists of "Ton-" followed by the name you gave the sound.

Thanks! I was able to find them with that... I can see them in sounds manager, but they're not deleting for some reason...

I created these ringtones and use them in the Motorola L2. I texted them to my Treo 680 but couldn't do anything with them.

I installed Ringcare and it keeps reseting my phone. I deleted Ringcare and it now works ok.

I can find my ringtones with pTunes but not with mini tones or music tones. I don't have a SD card, do I have to have one for this to work ?
