Are you asking how you remove the conduit so it doesn't show up in the list of available conduits when viewing the conduit list? For instance, removing the DocumentsToGo conduit from the list to eliminate the option of syncing with the desktop application itself?

On your hard drive go to your home folder (the one with your name on it) then navigate to your Library folder>Applications Support>Palm Hot Sync>Conduits. In that folder (Palm Hot Sync) you can also create a folder and title it "Conduits Disabled" and drag those conduits that you don't want to use into that folder. They will not be deleted (just in case you need them later) but they will be ignored by Hot Sync.
