    I heard a rumor today that CNN has been informed of Palm's practice of selling but not supporting the defective "smartphones" that it sells. Perhaps a little Anderson Cooper persuading will cause Palm to change its stance on this...

    You know how voracious the media can be when they get a hold of injustices such as this...

    i friggin hope. I have been seeing these problems since the 600 & when the 650 came out it was as bad or worse as the 700. only difference is not as many people owned treos as they do now. so now maybe something will be done

    Better than CNN, contact the Wall Street Journal www.wsj.com and report your problems to them. The best way to get PALM to change is to stop buying their products and let their investors do the rest.
