    Recently I installed the EAS patch that allows email to come in "as it arrives", which is kinda cool even tho I don't use it much. What I have noticed is that ever since I've installed it there's been no lag when switching to the phone app... it's more "650-ish" if that makes any sense. I've also noticed that if the data connection is disconnected then it goes back to acting the way it always has with the lag.

    Had no lag. I installed the EAS update, raw IR update first thing when I got the phone. no unreasonable lag.

    Yup that's the one.

    The lag I'm referring to is when you go to the phone app... that 1 second delay it would have before the carrier name would appear in the upper-left corner. That delay is gone.
