The "y" key on my Treo 680 is stuck in the depressed position. The key is slanting to the side, so I can see the bottom of the edge of one side of the key. The Treo is completely frozen with this key constantly depressed. Attempts to "pick at it" to have the key snap back into position have been unsuccessful. I'm still under warranty, but I'm thinking this is an issue that wouldn't be covered. It should be an easy-enough fix if I open the back, but I haven't done that before. I'm sure there are many of you who have tinkered with the guts of the 680 -- how do I go about opening the unit to get to the keyboard? What can I expect to find? Am I correct in assuming that this should be a matter of simply repositioning the stuck key?

Many thanks,

Skahmo
