The Seidio Super Slim Hard case?
    http://store.treocentral.com/content...-123--1839.htm

    I'm really interested in this,
and think I might pick it up.
I need something to protect it,
seeing as how my dog likes to knock my phone off the table.
Plus, its clear, so I'll still be able to show off the lovely burgundy. =]

I think this, with a good screen protector would do the job.

    OHH!
    One more question.
Do you think that after the hard case is on,
would it still fit in this side pouch?
    http://store.treocentral.com/content...4-120--107.htm

    Thanks everyone!

I got the Smartphone Experts SnapCase which is virtually the same thing. The reason I got this one instead of the Seidio is that it has a little groove on the side to make it easier to remove the case. I've heard the Seidio can be a real pain to remove. Treonauts gave it a really good review.

I think the it'll be a tight squeeze in the pouch with the case on, but it might fit. Since it says it's for the 600, 650, 700p/wx as well as the 680, 750, and 755p.

Is there anyway to add a belt clip to this case?

Not that I'm aware of. The back is one solid smooth piece of plastic, just with cut outs for the stylus and speaker/camera area.

If it counts for something, I have this case with rubberized finish for my 700p, from Seidio.

It is a very good case to protect the phone from blemishes but is not designed for shock protection. Sure, it will take a short fall from the coffe table but in a "worst-case" scenario (and yes, mini-pun intended ) the case snaps open but your phone will not get a nick.

Another thing is the latches in the case vary in quality. I had one that broke just like that, but Seidio is on top of things and they replaced the case at no charge. The new case has been rock solid ever since.

I'd suggest going with the rubberized case since the grippy feel matches that feel of your naked 750/755. This I confirmed by holding a 750 and my 700p in both hands.
Ode to the Treo Pro: you had to look so good, you had to be HTC in disguise...

    Well,
I'm gonna go ahead and try the hard slim case.
    If I don't like it,
    I'll just send it back,
and try the SPE Skincase in Frost.
I just love the burgundy color oh so much. =]

Seidio is the only company that offers the super slim hard case for Treo 755 in three types.

    1) clear case
    2) rubberized black
    3) Hybrid case (clear in the front, rubberized black in the back)

Hybride case allows you to show off your burgundy 755 !

Just be warned. I had two of the rubberized skin cases. The little plastic "nubs" that hold the two halves of the case together are very susceptible to breaking. On my first case, they broke because the case wouldn't stay together. The replacement case broke when it was in the very poorly designed holster and came flying out.

    Hey JGold,
    thanks for the warning.
I'm hoping I'll like the super slim hard case.
    I don't really use holsters,
I just keep it in my pocket.
    So with this,
I'm hoping it'll kinda just have that smooth finish,
and be able to slide in and out of my pocket easily,
    while still maintaining protection.

    Also,
I'm still considering the Palm side pouch.
    It looks nice,
and since the 755p is skinnier,
even with the hard case on,
    I think it'll fit.
    We'll see.

Our newly designed rubberized case and the holster have completely addressed these issues.

I'm assuming that online is the only place to buy these items?
I wonder if the Sprint store would have any good accessories.
That's really the only place I can think of to get something for the 755p.

    Any other places?
    I hate waiting.
Hence the reason I can't bring myself to order online.
    Wayyy too impatient.

I'm the kind of person where I like to buy something,
and have it in my hand, lol.

Like JGold and many others my case also broke and was rendered useless. seidioseidio kept promising to post and tell us when the replacement would be ready but it has not been posted to date. After 3 months of waiting and dozens of unanswered calls and emails to seidio I finally wrote Seidio for a refund. Here is their reply.

"Thank you for your RMA request.
Unfortunately, you are past your warranty period and we can no longer provide you with a free repair or replacement. However, you are eligible to receive a 20% discount on the same product if you return the old one back to us."

So I would be very skeptical about the quality of the "new" skin as well as the customer service after the sale.

    Well,
I purchased the Super Slim Hard Case,
    and it's on its way.
I'll see how it is when it gets here.
I also got one of the screen protectors,
so hopefully that is nice too...

    Here's exactly what I ordered:
    http://www.seidioonline.com/index.as...ROD&ProdID=620

    Oh!
And I finally got around to ordering my 2GB MiniSD from New Egg.
    $21.98 with shipping.
    Not bad I 'spose.

Radioshack had 1GB MiniSD for $14.99,
so I thought I got a better deal.

I went to the palm store in sf and they didn't have it. They said they can't even order it. That store is lame. They don't have that much in there. I guess I'm ordering it.

I, too, had a black rubberized case on my 680 for about two months before the snaps broke. It's a shame, as I really like the look and feel of the case. However, it's not sturdy enough to withstand repeated removings.
