Arghh, I have a few people using the 650 with Chatteremail, and they are often furious about the number of phone calls that are randomly redirected to voicemail. I have have been told by Chatter support that it is a "the phone can't multi-task" issue.

Please is there a way to adjust or minimize the impact of the chatteremail application on the inbound voice calls?

If it's Verizon, you can activate CPOP, which will make Calls take Precedence Over Packet data. In other words, incoming calls will interrupt the green arrows. Just call *765 to activate it and *7650 to deactivate.

    More info here: http://support.vzw.com/faqs/Features...ing_cpop_.html

As far as I can tell, this is not available on Sprint.

Since July 2006. See this thread: http://discuss.treocentral.com/showt...highlight=cpop

FYI this is not really an issue on GSM networks, just CDMA.
