At my company we use a public contacts folder.

It works well in Good but it seems that someplace the folder is getting cached somehow? There are some duplicate contacts in the public folder seen through the good contacts. BUT if I look at the folder in exchange there are no dups- just one for each of the contacts in question.

Upon further review the duplicate contacts are slightly different version it appears as though the contacts in question have been edited on exchange but for whatever reason good is keeping the old version AND the new version. I thought attempting to get more info would force it to rethink things- but nope- I can do get more info on both of the duplicate contacts like they still exist in exchange?

So either good is caching something someplace or somehow the info being sent to the handhelds has gotten out of sync with exchange.

Any advice for how to fix this?
