Hello everyone!

I've had this issue I've been dealing with while with VersaMail.

When VersaMail sends a 3g2 file attachment, it doesn't put anything for the "content-type" in the MIME tags. I'm going to be using a PHP script on my site to host a moblog (because all the moblogs online don't offer what I want [except textamerica, but i'm cheap] so I'm making my own).

The script determines how to handle the attachment (photo/img video/embed) by the MIME type. But, because the MIME type is busted, my videos won't correctly upload.

I've narrowed it down, and it's not my mail server or the receiving end. I can correctly post videos when posting from gmail or posting from my e-mail client on my computer and the same server I use for my phone.

Is there a way to tweak with VersaMail and add the proper MIME type?

Here's an example of the current MIME tag:

Content-Type: ; name="Video_041707_001.3g2"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="Video_041707_001.3g2"

I want it to be:

Content-Type: video/3gpp2; name="Video_041707_001.3g2"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="Video_041707_001.3g2"

... as it should be.

Let me know if anyone has any suggestions, besides switching e-mail clients.

Thanks!

Tim
