    Some of my users when they delete an email on their treo it will not delete in their lotus notes inbox. The same is true if they delete an email in lotus, it will not go away on the treo. Ideas? I have done a hard reset of phones, reprov multiple times. Full install of goodlink, and given them new phones. No luck. Does not happen to all users. This happens on different phones including treo 650, 700p and 700wx. Cannot find a common ground why this is happening. Goodlink support is scratching their heads. Thought I'de ask here.

    Looks like we got it fixed

    cluster replication across our two domino servers on each mail file running goodlink was not configured correctly. All ACL's for goodlink users need to include the local domain servers group and have manager rights with delete and replication settings checked on.
