    Shimon,
I've tried to download the zip from your site several times. Each time it has been an empty zip file.

Edit: It's working correctly now. Thanks.

Zip file worked fine for me.

Congrats on reaching this milestone. TP continues to be a MUST HAVE application for me.

    Shimon,

In this new version, in the status bar, I am seeing a small red flashing x near the signal meter. It does not appear in the standard phone application. What does this signify?

I generally have a weak signal, but this is showing with 3 bars, and a GPRS connection active.

    BTW - Cingular T650, Unlocked, 1.20-ENA

It means you had/have a missed call. Press menu x.

You got it!!! I must have missed that, guess I was just used to what the missed call indicator looks like in 2day. Thanks,

I have been using TakePHone for several years, and am now on v7 and I still love it -- (here comes the big But) --
How about if the Copy button in the History would copy all the pertinent information -- phone number, time/date, and duration -- that could be pasted, for instance, into a calendar journal entry, where the user could write notes about the call.
    Here's why:
I need to turn in a monthly expense report. Many calls are not to numbers I have in my contacts. They are one-time calls, or more likely, are one of a myriad numbers assigned to a government office, none of which are the ones I use to call that office, but any one of which may show up on my Treo when they call me. I don't want to create more contacts.
I do, however, write the pertinent info into my calendar, but since only the number is copy-able, I have to try to remember the time and duration -- important when it is time to match my log against that of the telephone company.

    Hi,

    Thanks for you kind words.

Actually - I think you can use the "Sched" option, which will create a meeting entry with the number & phone.
Well - no time & duration... but that's half way there...

I will consider passing the time & duration, but that will take time.

In the mean time, you might want try Call Log+ by Chapura. It not only lets you take notes for a call but syncs with Outlook Journal (Easier Reports)
