    If you install this on a treo 680 is it something you can turn off and put the treo back to it's original state or would it have to be uninstalled?

    Also would you have to use a uninstall program to get rid of it?

    You seem to ask this question quite a lot in different threads. Many folks have recommended the following application, which wonderfully handles all your uninstall-related needs:

    To answer your first question: There are some settings that allow you to either make DialByPhoto your default contact app--you can set it to activate every time you hit the phone hard button, for example--or you can have the Palm app remain the default, and use DialByPhoto "on demand".

    It's really a great little app, btw, and new features are emerging with each new version. I dig.
