    My 700p(sprint) is having an issue with the sd slot or something. It reads the card in the sd slot and says its name but the files on the card do not show up. When i click on card info it says how much info is used and is free on the card but the files just dont show up. Is there any reason why they are not showing up?

    What type of files are they? With what application are you looking for them?

    applications on an sd card need to be in the folder structure /Palm/Launcher, ending in pdb or prc. Other files may need to be stored in special folers? such as /mpeg, /audio, /jpeg, etc, but it depends on the files and the application that is looking for them.
    Palm III -> Palm V -> Blue Palm Vx w/Omnisky -> Treo 270 -> Treo 600 -> Treo 650 -> Treo 680

    I kinda just figured out to put the apps in the launcher file but I dont get how to get it to read mp3files etc.. What file do they need to be stored in?

    Go back to the first question: what app are you looking at the files with? I ask that because Card Info does NOT show you individual files, just summary information about the card. Do you have a card reader (or CardReader app, or Filez)?

    MP3's and other sound files go into /Audio.

    If you download FileZ -- you can read all files. . . internal or on the SD card

    FileZ (A freeware PalmOS File Manager)
    www.nosleep.net
    select downloads
    select FileZ

    mp3 need to be in the AUDIO directory on the SD card to be seen by PalmOS mp3 players. . . . . .

    The apps you load on your card won't show up with your RAM apps on the home screen. You have to go to the drop down list and choose your card from the list to see those. Your MP3s will only show up with FileZ or in Pocket Tunes/TCPMP etc...

    In the Card Info app, it should show you how many audio files you have...
