    I have had a series of problems with synchronization that I have finally fixed thanks to this forum. But now that I finally got a complete sync, my Palm Desktop crashes with the message "Palm Desktop Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." When I uninstall Palm Desktop and re-install it empty, it opens fine. After I sync with the Palm Desktop by overwriting the desktop with data from the 700p, I get the crash again. Anyone know what could be going on? My next attempt at a fix will be to sync each application one at a time until the Palm Desktop crashes - maybe it is some specific data causing the problem? I am crossing my fingers someone will have a simpler solution!
