OK, I'll bite. We've done this before, but some things are worth repeating. Aside from the basics--address book, datebook, etc., I use these the most:

    Launcher III
    AvantGo
    HandyShopper2
    Yaps
    Mapopolis
    Diddlebug
    Tealmeal

    Bejeweled
    Euchre
    Bugme

ditto above; somewhat in order of use:
    BigClock
    QED
    Quicksheet
    Shadow Plan
TextPlus (popup word completion, saves a lot of graffiti!)
    DiddleBug
    InWatch
    X-Master
    MagicText
    HandyShop2

    Lesser usage but still great:
    CSpotRun
SmartDoc (mostly for global find functionality)
    Mapopolis
    Z'Catalog (or FileZ)
dbScan (cleanup redundant shortcuts after soft resets!)

Below are my favorite and most used apps:

    WordSmith 1.11C
    DateBook+
    MarkMyScriptures
    ThinkDB2
    Klondike (Solitaire)
    AvantGo
    BigClock

I also use an app called "AlwaysOn". It allows you to adjust how long to wait before Auto Shutoff or you can choose to stay on all the time. It is a lot more flexible than the standard 1MIN 2MIN 3MIN that is built into the OS. Works great for my Prism while it is in the cradle.

Just felt the need to add one more app that I forgot to mention on my previous list. BlueMoon is a great little program that allows you to track things you do repeatedly but not very often, like changing the battery in your smoke alarm, replacing the spark plugs on your car, or yearly physicals. You can set due dates and record notes for these items and they will be automatically integrated into your built-in ToDo list when appropriate. The program keeps day-to-day track of the days/months/years elapsed since last occurrence and the time to go until the next one is scheduled. I also use it just to keep track of how often I do things without a set due date, like what and how often I win on those lottery scratch-off tickets, or how long a given brand of wiper blades is lasting me before they need to be replaced. The history screen calculates statistics, which also makes it a handy tool for tracking things like the average number of miles I'm getting per tank of gas. It's commercial ware, but I felt it was well worth the $12 price.
