Some users get crashes while others don't. I am wondering if there is a correlation between the frequency of soft resets and the frequency of crashes.

I voted "never reset . . . occasional crash" but "almost never get a crash" would be more accurate.

I wish I could edit the term occassionally to almost never, but I can't!

    Interesting Haroldo . . . . your thread has 4 replies and only 1 view on the 700p forum front page. . . . I believe your post has corrupted the system . . . .

    Nope.

    How many do you show?

My refreshed page now shows 6 replies and only 1 view --- I thought, best case, replies and views could be equal but that views are usually always higher than replies. . . . .

Most of my crashes are reported as out of memory. The Info page shows I am at 44M free out of 62.8M on the phone device. My biggest hog is chatter, Kinoma, Pocket Tunes, Google Maps, explorer,

I also voted for the "never performs a soft reset and occassionally gets crashes."

I'm still not convinved that deliberate soft resets are a 'good' thing, but I would be interested to hear the pros/cons of doing so.

    Always wondered about this,

Blazer would crash everytime after using large database apps (OnDemand, Avantgo). So I usually just soft reset before running Blazer. Apart from having the NVBackup self reset every night. PITA.

If you are fond of crashes, load up the CorePlayer. You can pretty much guarantee a crash on every exit.

If you want to know how many crashes I have had since I have had the thing, I first need to know how many characters this field supports...
