I've tried the new Seidio 2400, the OEM battery and a 2200 Mugen. They all seem to be draining a lot faster than when I got the Treo. I "exercised" the Seidio and the Mugen to no avail and also did warm resets while attached to the sync cord.

I'm aware of common battery issues like Bluetooth (I don't use it), having the screen brightness all the way up (I'm normally at about 45%). I don't actually talk on the phone much.

Let's just say that comparing my typical uses, the Treo seems to drain far faster these days. I do have the phone on standby a bit more than I used to, but I don't think that accounts for all of it.

Is there something about a hardware defect or the like that might be causing this?
