    It only requires you to adhere to the contract...and the terms of Amazon's rules for 181-days. If you mess up...or try to do your own thing...Amazon reserves the right to zap your credit card for $250.

    Sounds like a deal.

    you can always unlock it yourself 20-30 bucks, so i wonder how hard it is to get out of the contract. i would want just the phone itself so i can unlock it and use with tmobile.
