    I've never seen a serial cable to the Treo. However, could you simply get a SUB-to-serial adapter? Radio Shack, Best Buy, CompUSA, etc , may have them.
    I know cablestogo-dot-com has them.
    Treo 270>Treo 600>Treo 650>BlackBerry 7105t>BlackBerry 8700g>TREO 680 Graphite... (Treo 680 beats the pants off any BlackBerry)

    I haven't tried to use it to sync, but Auterra makes a treo serial cable to interface with their OBD-2 setup.

    Not exactly cheap but it might be worth contacting them.
