I believe that was mcentreville's creation.

well unless dmitry actually finishes his DGOS and it works like it should. I am happy with the 755p's form factor and would keep it if:

    A. a better web browser would be available.
    B. it would perform better/be more stable
I can't see myself going to WinMo. And after watching the Pre at CES my 700P quickly became outdated to me. I want the larger screen and shiny new WebOS.

Dang. Well if anybody has the know-how & a bit of extra time... I'd like to see a clock that's nearly fills the screen. Pretty please

That clock size is a 69x50 pixels wide for the large main numerals. If you increase width to 70 pixels, it will fill the width of a 320x320 screen. I'd be glad to finish tinkering with it over the weekend if you'd like and MC doesn't mind?

That was the BB Bold clock correct?

Yeah, that's the one. Go for it. It's gonna look horrible with that approach (you'd be increasing it by 40% & it's already a small image) but it would at least give me a visual. MC shouldn't mind, he doesn't even use a Palm device anymore

Maybe I'll search for some .png clock numeral images to use. I've found some already that are 500x256, so who knows - I might get lucky.

You should be able to downsize those in Photoshop & they'll work no problem.

I'd really like to see how a clock looks pushed to the edges. I keep my screen pretty basic, no ibar & only the weather plugin is active, so I know it'd fit. It's just a question of what limits Shimon put on the skinning options.

You may have redraw problems with them being 97 pixels in length. I know the HUD skin I did had redraw problems and they were 80 pixels in length.

EDIT: Yours appears to be redrawing okay, not sure why my HUD one didn't.

Thanks. What does that mean though? I'm not that tech savvy. lol

Thanks for letting me know. I've just been playing around with skins and the clocks so it's still kind of new to me.

If the images are larger than TAKEphONE allows them to be, portions of the image would get left drawn on screen and become garbled with the image that replaced it. I'm checking my earlier HUD clock skin to see what it does cuz I don't really remember.

EDIT: I must have fixed my HUD skin when I realized what it was doing cuz it's working properly now with an 80 pixel length. Don't remember what pixel length it was before when I was having redraw issues.

Maybe Shimon can pipe in and tell us what the largest allowable dimensions are for each bitmap (regular mode and keypad mode).
