Can someone explain to me how to get a Treo 650 to sync Outlook 2003 appointments Bluetooth?

My customer got a 650 from Bell Sympatico, no CD. I have tried an assortment of Plam software and I just can't get the Outlook appointments to sync. No errors, it says it is sunced, but it's not. I have a Bletooth connection and Hotsync works.

    TIA.

So you have Palm Desktop, Outlook, and a working Bluetooth connection.
When setting up the Palm Desktop, did you originally select "outlook" as the program to synch to or Palm Desktop?

You have to have the CD to set up the sync to Outlook. Or you can buy PocketMirror XT from www.chapura.com

Actually, the version of Palm Desktop that came with the 680 lets you change your conduit from Outlook to Palm without the CD. Nice feature.

No CD provided. I had to download the Palm software from the Web but this does not sync appointments.

I am going to try Activesync in Versmail because the customer has an Exchange server.
