I'd like to take some screen caps on my Treo, and while I looked around at several options, I was hoping to get some informed and experienced opinions from people on the forum as to which one(s) were the least overhead and simplest to use?

A snapshot is taken by pressing the activation key in any application while Snap is enabled - the screenshot is being processed between two beeps. The screenshots are written on the expansion card, in the /palm/programs/Snap/ directory.

This software is tiny and uncomplicated, it is designed to "just work". The zip file includes English and French versions.

I've used Snap in the past with good results, but I've switched to ScreenDumpDA. The DA launching format fits my needs better for screen captures.

Can someone please explain what/where screendumpda saves these .bmp files? What are they called? I used Filez but didn't find any bmp files. Thanks!
"I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer."
