I have long used horizontal belt-mounted leather cases/pouches for my various mobile phones since they keep the phone from getting knocked off my belt. I'm in the car business...and am in and out of cars/trucks all day.

I found this one in the TreoCentral Store...

Has anybody here used this one, or one similar with the extended batter and battery cover for their Treo 680?

    Thanks!!

I use that P6 case and I'm very happy with it!

I also use a Seidio hybrid case for my 680, and the 680 slips in and out of the P6 pouch case very easily while wearing the Seidio.

However, before I got the Seidio case, I was, for a short while, using the S680 Skin Case, which is slightly thicker than the Seidio (and not as nice to use). I had some trouble popping the 680 in and out of the P6 pouch case.

I don't use the extended battery, but my experience with the S680 skin case tells me that with a bulging extended battery case, fitting 680 into the P6 pouch (and popping it out) may be a bit of a problem!

The only case that I know of that has a solid belt-thru loop ordering option.

I've had mine for several years now. The only way to get the case off is to remove your belt. Phone comes out pretty easily, with a secure velcro flap to hold it in. Cost is a little high, but you'll never use another phone case.

I did cut a custom hole, using an exacto knife, where the speaker is on my Treo so that I could hear the ringer better in noisy enviroments.

This link brings you right to the manufacture's page. Delivery was about two weeks, if I remember correctly.

    I use this one: http://www.palm.com/us/products/acce...rs/3268WW.html

Like it a lot, and it works with the extended battery cover. Little tight, but its starting to loosen up a bit.

That is a well-built case. I would buy it in a heartbeat if it had a covered magnetic-snap closure instead of the velcro one. I just can't deal with a velcro closure at all. I wonder if they would do a custom one?
