I can't seem to find the disconnect from the internet option once you are done surfing the web/checking email. In my old 600, all you had to do was go to the options mode on the browser and click "disconnect". Now I only seem to be able to disconnct by turning the phone on and off.

    Any suggestions?

Disconnecting from the network makes absolutely NO difference in battery life.

NetworkDown is a great free utility if you want a 1 button solution.

because you might not want a persistent data connection running when you're carrying your Treo in your front pocket near your balls.
