I look under Power and all I see if the brightness for the screen ETC.

Is there a place I can check the level status of the battery on the 680 besides the battery icon on the phone screen?

There's always the battery icon on the application launcher screen...

    Hi holvoetn!

My native 680 keyguard (malfunctioning as it is... ) doesn't display battery status.

Are you using someone else's keyguard extension or is mine missing that info?

Mine shows time and date only and the Press Center button to unlock instructions.

    Cheers!

The native Keyguard can not do this so it seems.

Actually I use Zlauncher and I use that to see it (even when Keyguard kick in I can see that status indicator )

If you tap on the battery icon, it changes from graphic to numeric. Tap again to return to icon.
