    (Searching the forums wasn't working for me, so I apologize if this has been posted before.)

    I have a user set up with Exchange ActiveSync on her Treo 650. Synchronizing her Inbox and Calendar over the air works fine. However, any email sent to her from an external email address (outside of our Exchange server) are delivered to her Treo as an SMS, in addition to arriving in her Exchange maibox. Needless to say, this results in excessive SMS messages and notifications. Has anyone seen this before? Anyone have thoughts on how to solve this? Thanks in advance!

    I had a friend who this happened to. I don't remember what he did to make it start, but in the end he called Sprint (his provider) and told them about his situation and they were able to straighten things out from their side somehow. You might also check the settings on the Exchange Server. Make sure it's not set up to send SMS.
