Saw that Palm now has the update for Exchange active sync. Anyone know if this new version has the ability to disable the calender sync feature and just sync mail?

It appears to be all or nothing. If you disable one of the three (mail, calendar, contacts) it removes the "As items arrive" i.e. Push option.

I found this to be the case on my wife's 700P, too. Bummer, as it'll no longer sync contacts and appointments with her Outlook Desktop if Exchange push/sync is being used.

When I use Push on my 700Wx I'm able to have push email, and to sync my calendar and contacts and tasks with both my desktop Outlook, and OTA with my exchange account.

That's too bad as I want to email from Outlook and get my contacts and appointments from Amicus (an attorney specific program). Maybe the 680 will get traded in for the 750.
