I am getting this error more and more and I don't know what it is. Does anyone have any idea?

"The volume reference number is invalid" VFS-2A09

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

actually I'm not using Volume Care. I thought the same thing myself, but I haven't changed anything to do with the volume.

Pretty sure it means Volume as in the storage volume. I'd guess it has something to do with your SD card.

I occasionally get the same message on a Treo 650 when I wake it from sleep and there's no SD card in the slot. It might be an app which expects to see the card there (ChatterMail? BackupMan?) or it could be that I was browsing the card when I removed it.
