    CheckEmAll!

    Introducing my first Palm application...
I go under the company name: TripleH Labs

    http://xs411.xs.to/xs411/07031/Logo_full.gif

CheckEmAll! is an application to help you manage numbered checklists, up to 100 items.

    http://xs411.xs.to/xs411/07031/Demo.gif

    Intro:
It's a very simple and no-nonsense application that is definitely going to be useful if you happen to have many numbered checklists to manage. Instead of messing up in Memos, or creating tens of tasks, or purchasing an application that still doesn't have the numbers pre-entered, you could easily manage your works with preset numbers up to 100 for multiple databases.

For example, you need to revise Chemistry before your term exam, and you have around 20 lessons. You choose to revise them in a random order. With CheckEmAll! you may enter the total number of lessons in the uppermost field, and then you can check next to the lesson numbers you've finished revising without the hassle of searching for scraps of paper or folding the book's edges as signs. So this is 2-in-1; you remind yourself of the total number of items and the certain numbers of items done.

Another example; you decided to watch a bunch of The Family Guys episodes on several DVDs. You can check next to the corresponding numbers so that you don't forget which episodes you've already watched.

    And the choices are endless...

    Compatibility:
This application is compatible with Palm OS 3.1 and above.
It supports Grayscale and Color screens.
It supports the following screen resolutions:

    160 x 160 px
    320 x 320 px

Please note that 5-way navigation supported by newer models only exists in this application in the Title and Categories screens where navigating records can be done via the Left and Right navigational buttons.

    Usage:
There are 3 main screens in CheckEmAll!

Table screen: it has all the titles you've created. Arranged by alphabetical order.
Title screen: in it, you enter the name of the title, and place your checks.
Categories screen: in it, you manage categories, creating new ones, and deleting.

An ideal start is to manage your categories first.

The C letter in the rectangle box at the the very corner of the upper right portion of the Table screen takes you to the Categories screen.

Once you create a category, you will be able to assign it to the records (titles) you want. Moreover, you will be able to filter them in the Table screen by just choosing the category you want from the pop-up field in the upper right corner of the screen.

Your entered data is automatically saved. You don't need to save anything manually; once you entered data, it's saved, and even if you exit the application, your data is saved.

The first page in the Title screen has a main title field and empty checklists from 1 to 34, the second has those from 35 to 67, and the third has those from 68 to 100. Browse through those pages via the "<<" and ">>" buttons.

To browse through the titles themselves, use the "<" and ">" buttons at the very bottom of the screen. Moreover, in the Title screen and Categories screen, you may use the Left and Right Navigational buttons to skip to previous and next records/titles, respectively.

The "N" buttons creates a new Title, and "All" gets you back to the Table screen.

Your records will NOT show up in the Table screen correctly if you don't type in the main title field in the Title screen.

You may enter the total number of items of checklist as a reminder beside the "Total =" label, and it will show up in the main table.

The "B!" button is used to beam current record to another device that has CheckEmAll! installed. Very useful if many partners are managing the same checklist where it would be used as a mutual update. Both devices must have infrared outputs installed to use this feature.
