    I recently started using Chatter for email, but suddenly my hotsync won't sync my calendar or contacts. I tell hotsync to do it, and I make that the default, and then I sync, and nothing happens. I go back to look at the hotsync settings and calendar and contacts have reverted back to "Do Nothing."

    This is driving me crazy!

    Help!

    Call Sprint Tier 2 Tech support at 866-818-1944.

    Had the same issue--they took care of in about 10 minutes.
