My wife and I both have 680's and I am looking at a way to sync both Treo's calendars. I am on the Media Max 200 ($19.99) plan. From what I can see if I want to do this I would need to bump up to the 39.99 plan on both phones and then go with something like exchangemymail.com service at 9.99 Blackberry plan each. = an extra $100/mth. Is this the only or best way to do this?

There have been several threads on this in the past. I am not sure what the resolution was, but I believe there are cheaper solutions than what you are proposing.

From what I've read in the search is one Treo syncing to multiple calendars. I want to sync two Treos to one calendar. Looks like PocketMirror or DualDate might work. The threads on both were short and didn't offer much in the way of personal experience that users have had. Anyone using either of these on their new 680's?

    Good Luck!

    Oh Palm . . . . . are you there?

Just write a simple program for the Palm Desktop that does this -- syncing the calendars of two different userids on the same computer.

If you can sync a PC to a Palm with sync, overwrite or do nothing options, just hack that program for a sync between two userids!!

    Come on. . . . . pretty please?

    It can't be that hard.

There have to be 1000's of us dual Palm couples out here.

Outlook and Desktop. I think this is the most glaring omission in Palm's PIM applications.

Are you there Palm? Boy I sound negative tonight. Totally out of character.

    Good Luck Gadget.

I want to be able to sync two Treo's to each other WIRELESSLY. I also want it to be sync'd with an online calendar (Google is 1st choice) so that either one of us (girlfriend & I) can access it from ANY computer, anywhere, at anytime. (internet connection obviously needed)

Now, Goosync is great for syncing one Treo to one Google Calendar, and they have a subscription service that allows you to do more. The free service is enough for me...for now. But has anyone tried using Goosync on both Treo's to sync with the same calendar?

Also, you can email events and even send entire categories via email or bluetooth. Has anyone successfully sent an even/entire category via email to another Treo user? This could be an easy and free solution to sync certain events with my girlfriend in real-time so that she has what I need her to have.

What I am afraid of is that if two Treo's sync to one Google Calendar via Goosync, we will end up with duplicating events.

And the other option listed in the threads that Perry posted is the ClearSync. That looks promising, but its expensive for what I want to do. I guess that one time price would be better than a subscription (it is a one-time price, right?), but it requires a stand-alone program on the Treo! And it doesnt sync with an existing online calendar.

Like I said, I would rather take the Goosync (free) method and send events immediately via email, if only someone could verify that it works. Anyone?

Sorry! Just realized that this was posted in the 680 forum. Not that it doesnt belong here, but I try to do my part in keeping a clean forum! Please respond here!
