Yeah, Bejeweled is a great game and I especially like trying to beat the high scores on their website. But I too and looking for something else, something like a quality strategy game (or a killer rpg). Actually I have spotted a game that is due out soon by a little company called Grogsoft ( www.grogsoft.com ). Its called Kingdom and if any of you guys enjoyed playing any of Sid Mier's civilization games then this might interest yah. I actually have a beta version and its killer, although it lacks any AI as of yet. I say yah should check it out (and e-mail the author to give him a little support, I think it might help it come out sooner...). One more thing, how is the ful version of that KnightMove game? I have tried the unregistered version and the grammar is terrrible. It kinda discourages me from registering... is it worth it?

heh. I'm beta-testing Kingdom for him too.

It is pretty kick-***. Forgot how much fun I had playing Civ when I was younger.

Have you run into things disappearing while playing?

I haven't spent much time playing the beta version (I'm not actually a beta tester per say, but those guys at grogsoft sent me a copy when I expressed some interest). The reason why I haven't played too much is cause I just want to make the full version that much more exciting and new when I get to play. From what I have seen, I haven't noticed any disappearing things. Hey, do you have any idea when the full version will be complete?

That's pretty much how I got it too.

I don't mind playing it a bunch since I'm just playing against myself. It'll be a whole new ballgame when the AI is put in. Actully, I can't wait for the save/load feature so the game won't reset every time you exit.

I have no idea when the full version will be out.

I just e-mailed the programmer a few hours ago. He said that he had hoped to have it out by early summer, but now that he has started a new job he probably won't finish it until late summer. I'm looking forward to the release!

I don't think that the programmer realizes the potential of this game. I wonder if donations would help persuade him? I mean, the game looks damn good...

I think he does. But as programming PalmOS games is a side job, we'll just have to be patient.

Hot Othello is keeping me busy as much as Bubblet. For pure strategy, new version of ChessGenius lets you make the chess board some nice colors...

New game called Volleyball at PalmGear -- simple concept, great color graphics. Don't know if 5 games (before registration) will be enough to hook me, though...

Does anyone know if there is a version of space invaders that is with a black background?

Puzzle Bubble is another great "bust a move" clone
