I just moved a couple of MPEG videos to my 680 SD card which are about 20 MB in size. When I try to play them in Pics & Videos, it says unable to play, may be too big. Is there a limit on files it will play? Can anyone suggest an app that will handle them on the 680? Thanks!

I use Kinoma player, and use what I've converted using Kinoma Producer. I've played up to 200mb w/no problems (converted "Rio Bravo" w/John Wayne).

I use a Mac. Will TCMP and Kinoma sync to my Mac, or are they Win only?

Can not talk for Kinoma (hated it on my TE, never looked back).
TCPMP is a media player (video but also audio), it does not sync to your desktop. You can use whatever program on MAC to resize the video (I use Handbrake on WinXP platform, Handbrake is available for MAC as well if I am not mistaking). Afterwards you need to transfer the resulting file to SD card yourself using either a genuine card reader or an application on your device that makes it act as a card reader (Card Export II, CardReader, ...).
