I am a long time Datebk user and after seeing many positive comments in this forum about Agendus, I decided to give it a try. My question is since both DB6 and Agendus use the note field to store codes, how can I give Agendus a fair try and still revert to DB6 if need be?

You should definately save a copy of your PIM databases that have only DB6 tags in the notes. Run DBScan (get from Pimlico or google it) on the PIM databases before using Agendus. Former DateBk users have generally had more issues than non-users when trying out Agendus. Get your databases clean and you'll love Agendus.
