    I have 4.9.1.46_EN installed on my Treo 680. The system is trying to update me with 4.9.2.30. When I open Good the first time in the morning. I am told there is an update available with Install and Later buttons. After a couple of days of choosing Later, I no longer get the choice. When I select Install I am told the device will reboot then install the software.

    The Treo warmstarts, turns on the phone but the update doesn't happen. A couple days later, Good goes through the same loop. My helpdesk is being a bit of a pain, telling me that I need to hard reset my Treo to update Good messaging. This is NOT acceptable. There must be a TRIVIAL solution that doesn't require a hard reset.
    Clie -> Treo 270 unlocked -> Treo 600 unlocked -> Treo 650 unlocked -> Treo 680 Crimson + Graphite (can you hold on, the other line is ringing...)

    I am getting the same issue on my 700p. Not response from my help desk quite yet.
