Is there such an animal? One with a VOLUME CONTROL and more functionality, like .wav export perhaps?

An interesting idea just occurred to me...

I've been using a nifty little app called "Wave Edit Pro" with my T3.

    www.newborngames.se

Duuuuuuh....I merely re-assigned the button I had Voice Memo on to launch Wave Edit Pro.

    What can it do?

    Umm....

Adjustable sample rate: record in up to 96K, mono or stereo
    Cut/copy/paste sections of the recording
    Reverse/amplify/fade/LOOP
    Noise reduction
Graphic interface...zoom in on the wave you just recorded up to x128

    Damn nice app.

Do you like that better than Personal Voice Recorder Pro?

I can highly recommend CallRec which record in WAV direct to your SD card. The recording quality is excellent, I used it extensivly on my 650 and this was one of the first applications I installed on my 680.

^Yes. Can record manually, or can be set to automatically record calls.

it seems that Callrec Auto record incoming calls only work when you activate both auto record incoming & outgoing. maybe we need an updated version that really works with 680
