I'll be visiting the US in next week and hope to drop by one of the nice looking airportwireless.com stores. As the meeting I'm attending is in Florida, it'll be the store in Orlando
Anyway I'd be sorely tempted to pick up an unlocked GSM Treo 680 if one is available as it hasn't been released where I am, yet, - I'm told mid December but I'm impatient ) What is the power supply rating for the US Treo 680's charger? Is it only 110 V or variable 110-220V? Grateful if someone could take a look at the power adaptor and let me know. Hate to use a step down transformer.
The other plus point will be the price differential - since it is expected to cost considerably more here in Asia (US$577 vs US$399). I don't know if Palm Asia will honor the warranty though.
So if you were me would you get one?
Sigh. Decisions decisions. I am sooooooo tempted.

Check Palm's site. They sell a world-wide universal charger. It comes with different plug in tips for the various countries. I bought one a while back for my Palm T|X.
