    Hello everyone,

My 4 year old dropped my 650 on the floor and its screen was completely broken – can not see anything. However, everything else seems to be working, can still receive calls and was able to performed a HotSync to backup my latest data to laptop.

    Question:
What can I do to COMPLETELY wipe out my personal data on the 650? Since I can no longer see the screen, I can not do a “Hard Re-Set”

Thank you all in advance for your help…

If you're planning to trash the phone, just take a hammer to it - low-tech works well.

However, if you want to replace the screen, a new replacement is $100:

    It's a 15-minute job with a Torx 5 screwdriver.
