I just received and installed my Zero antenna from Gadgetplus. Here is my review.

I paid for the antenna on a Friday night, and Gadgetplus shipped it out Saturday morning. An email was sent to me with shipping information which is only valid for tracking until it leaves Singapore, but at least assured me the product was sent out. It arrived 9 business days later.

Intallation was easy. I took off the rubber cap, removed the Palm sticker on the screw with a pin and unscrewed the old antenna. I had to pull hard, but got it out. I pushed the new one in - you have to push hard for it to click in, that's normal - and screwed it back in. I then replaced the rubber cap and was ready to go.

I took some pictures of the RSSI value using the Debug menu (##33284 on my Sprint phone). Please note that the lower the RSSI value, the better for CDMA phones. They typically range from -55 to -105. I took pictures in the exact same location, both before and after. I have two out of three shots posted here, one on the desk, one standing up by the window and the third I haven't had a chance to do the follow up pic yet.

I deleted the information except the RSSI value in the first pic, then realized that nothing is on there like user name or password so I left it in the second pic.

I marked the areas to make sure the phone was in the exact same spot.
    Here are my results:
    On Desk:
    Factory Antenna = -79
    Zero Antenna = -78

    On windowsill:
    Factory Antenna = -76
    Zero Antenna = -72

Sorry this picture is a little dark, I'm at work and don't have photshop. You can still see that the phone on the left in both pics has the original antenna.

    CONCULSION
The Zero antenna has not decreased my signal, in fact my signal was better in both cases, but the difference is negligible. Then again, looking at the windowsill, it's 8 better (4 over a range of 50 that the RSSI can vary) and 2% better on the windowsill.

There are also a few pics of the antenna and how it fits into the phone. If anyone knows how I can disply these pics directly in the post, please let me know.

I hope this is helpful to all. I am very happy with my purchase.

Looks great, and good to hear about the signal. Mine shipped 11/9 and still waiting for it to arrive.

That thing makes it look like the phone has a hemorrhoid

Think I'll get me one of these, looks a bit more factory and less modified.
